Many of our fans have been asking us when we’ll be bringing Alto to other platforms and we’re thrilled to finally share this special announcement with you…
The Alto Collection has officially made its way to Steam!
Steam players everywhere will now have the chance to venture through both the snowy alps and endless desert of Alto’s Adventure and Alto’s Odyssey in this two-part experience. You’ll join Alto and his friends as they set out to rescue their escaped llamas and embark on the adventure of a lifetime.
It truly has been a long time coming and we’re so happy to be welcoming a whole new group of players to this journey!
Jair McBain, Head of Operations at Land & Sea, talks about growing the Alto community:
“I started my journey with Alto as a fan, long before I began working as a steward of the much-loved titles. So to play a part in finally bringing both Alto’s Adventure and Alto’s Odyssey to a wider audience on Steam is an honour. If you’re a returning player, or this is your first time diving in, I truly hope The Alto Collection brings you as much joy and inspiration as it has brought to my life over the past 9-years.
Founder of Snowman, Ryan Cash, shares his thoughts on what it feels like to finally bring Alto to Steam:
“I spent most of my high school years playing games on Steam, never envisioning that one day I would be part of a project launching on the same platform. It’s also been a bit of a long time coming for the series as we’ve had players asking for a Steam version since 2015. Today we are delighted to announce the release of both Alto games as a unified collection on the platform.”
