It’s been another year of Alto and we’re celebrating with a photo contest!
We can’t believe that it’s already been 9 years since we first released the game that started it all! This year wasn’t shy of its special moments and we feel so lucky to have such amazing people in our corner to cheer us on.
To celebrate, we’re taking a look back on some of this year’s biggest milestones while also having an Alto-inspired Photo Contest. Stay tuned for more anniversary news coming later this week!

Coming Soon to Apple Vision Pro
Get ready to dust off your sandboards and embark on a new chapter in Alto’s journey!
Last week, we announced that Alto’s Odyssey: The Lost City will be making its way to Apple Vision Pro. With this release adventurers everywhere will be able to revisit this special edition and immerse themselves in the thrilling challenges and beautiful landscapes of the endless desert.
We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to bring Alto to new heights by immersing players in an endless sandboarding odyssey in more detail than ever before!
Alto Photo Contest
Whether it be through digital drawing or musical composition, receiving fan art continues to inspire and motivate us to do what we love most. And this year, we’re celebrating with an Alto-inspired photo contest!
From now until Wednesday, March 13th at midnight EST, we’re calling on all creatives to share a photograph they’ve taken of a place that reminds them of the Alto series. We’ll be giving away two of our limited edition Alto’s Leaping Lemurs, crafted by Germany-based artist Anika Brenner (aka Zimt).
