We’re excited to finally share that Alto’s Odyssey: The Lost City has made its way to Apple Vision Pro!

It’s time to dust off your sandboard and embark on a new chapter in Alto’s journey. The Vision Pro provides players with a whole new perspective of the game, allowing them to soar above the windswept dunes and traverse thrilling canyons like never before!

With all of our previous titles, our team has strived to leverage the unique qualities of the platforms our games can be found on. In the case of Vision Pro, we have introduced a new sense of depth to the world of Alto by implementing stereoscopic or ‘3D’ rendering to the environment Alto traverses. Additionally, players can step into this landscape themselves by entering a fully immersive biome which will then surround their play space directly reflecting the dynamic lighting and weather conditions of Alto’s world.

Finally, we have achieved a Vision Pro control scheme that’s equal parts intuitive and fun. Players can jump, wall ride, wingsuit and backflip by pinching their thumb and finger together; a simple gesture that makes the game controls easy to learn but difficult to master.
